More than ever, crude haulers are transporting their valuable cargos with Dragon double conical trailers – because their profitability is riding on it. The conditions around well sites and production areas are infamously harsh. This is no place for average equipment. Which is why Dragon designs and builds its double conicals to deliver performance that goes well above and far beyond.

- Fire Extinguisher: 1 – 20 lb dry chemical for hydrocarbons
- Bottom valve: 6” x 4” high flow long radius 90 deg air operated emergency valve with shear section at bottom center
- Discharge pipe: roper 3548mbhfrv installed to 4” aluminum pipe forward with valve and extension handle to cross forward of ladder with connections to both sides, top load ports to have api loading valve 891 w/ 876 gravity coupler and dust cap, bottom discharge of pump with isolation betts pnuematic 4” valve tied to shutdown alarm with 4” sureseal butterfly valves and camlock adapters at load port
- Vapor Recovery: 3” air operated butterfly valve at tank top with contour pipe to bottom of tank, with vents at driver side near ladder and rear of tank with butterfly valve, cam lock and cap
- Relief’s: dot specification, fort vale stainless steel pressure/vacuum relief valve, located in spill dam with air kit and gauge
- Level Gauge: 2 independent gages, 1 – Finch II electronic level indicator by Titan Logix. 1 – side mounted 3 1/2” float indicator installed on drivers side
- Calibration/additional: Titan Logix calibrated in barrels with spillstop installed with hydraulic and pnuematic shutdowns. warning alarm for 128 db horn set at 186.8 bbls and shutdowns set at 195.3 bbls
- Thermometer: 3”, 250 deg installed on drivers side
- Gauge: 60 psi gauge installed in vapor recovery line
- Ladder: bolt on ladder to spill box with top platform step, installed on drivers side

- Side mounted float indicator and thermometer protected by surrounding 1/2” x 2” guard ring
