Large volume water storage tank. Can be use as a working tank with water transfer systems in the oil field service industry. Structural beam base with pull bars at each end for transport on a rolling tail board trailer. 1/4” plate floor. 1/4” plate corrugated walls with tubing top rails. Open top design with fully grated top walkway. Folding hand rails on all sides. Access stairs at each end. Each long side fitted with 6 – 8” flanged nozzles with internal valves, and 12 – 4” female threaded pipe couplings with internal valves. All fittings near floor level. When tanks are used in multi-tank configurations the 8” fittings can be connected tank to tank to allow for tank equalization when suction is only drawn from one tank. All internal valves are operated from top walkway using a TEE Handle. Valves have locks in closed and open positions 4” and 8” full bottom drains with sumps are located on each end. A 10” fill connection is located on each end along with 3 roof hatches on each side for water transfer pump fill canes to go over the top. Interior is steel grit blasted and coated with 100% solids chemical resistant epoxy lining. 20 mil DFT minimum. Exterior is steel grit blasted and color coated with direct to metal rust inhibiting polyurethane. 5 mil DFT min.
